This is accomplished by linking your webpages to other reputable places on the Internet like pages, sites, people, etc. Many people associate off-page SEO with link building but actually it is not so. It is much beyond that. It is much more towards brand building like your brand mentions including your site URL or brand name mentioned on another website even without a hyperlink.

Though, we don’t know the full algorithm Google uses to rank content, data from our Search Engine Ranking, yet study shows that off-site SEO-related factors likely carry more than 50% of the ranking factor weight. So, by doing Off Page Optimization, you can increase the probability of your website to rank in search engine results pages (SERPs).
More Traffic: Submitting your content on other sites will also help in fetching traffic to your website. For example, if you have submitted content on website having High DA/PA, there are chances that readers navigate to your main website through URL while searching information. The reason is simple, if you are spreading relevant information over internet, then your readers will surely navigate to the original source.
